I. Basic Provisions The data controller of personal data pursuant to Section 5(o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), is:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”)

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data The Controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data that the Controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order. The Controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data The legal basis for processing personal data is:

Performance of the contract.
The Controller’s legitimate interest.
Your consent (where applicable).

The purpose of processing personal data is:

Processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller.
Sending commercial communications and performing marketing activities (if consented to).

There is no automated individual decision-making by the Controller within the meaning of Section 28 of the Act.

IV. Data Retention Period The Controller stores personal data:

For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and to assert claims from these relationships.
Until consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn.

Upon expiration of the retention period, the Controller shall delete the personal data.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller) Recipients of personal data are persons:

Involved in the delivery of goods/services and the execution of payments under the contract.
Providing website operation services and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop.
Providing marketing services.

The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.

VI. Your Rights Under the conditions set forth in the Act, you have:

The right to access your personal data.
The right to rectify personal data.
The right to erasure of personal data.
The right to object to processing.
The right to data portability.
The right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated.

VII. Terms of Personal Data Security The Controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data. The Controller has adopted technical measures to secure data storage and physical archives of personal data, in particular through backups. The Controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.

VIII. Final Provisions By submitting the price offer form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy terms and that you accept them in their entirety. The Controller is entitled to change these terms. The new version of the privacy policy will be published on its website, and at the same time, the new version will be sent to the email address you provided to the Controller.

These terms come into effect on January 1, 2021.
